Some of you have logged thousands, or tens of thousands of finds. With time, does it get harder to be surprised, stumped or delighted with a new cache?
Not necessarily…geocachers are endlessly inventive with new ideas on what constitutes a GREAT CACHING EXPERIENCE.
I may not have thousands of finds to my credit, but enough to know there can be caches that are more than just a sequential number, a box to be checked, an entry to be made. There are some that blow you away. Some that leave an indelible imprint in your mind, forever linking you to the place it was found, the people you were with, and the unique story, theme or container that gave that cache its’ particular…cachet.
This blog is a way to share the best of the geocaching world with you. Caches I’ve visited, heard about, plus new ideas of my own. All in a format that is easy to read and digest.
Sign up for my email list and you won’t miss out on any of the caches, games, puzzles and challenges highlighted on this site. You can also give me your ideas and feedback via the RSS feed or Twitter. Together we can give back to the geocaching community.
The Beatles once said “And in the end, the love you make is equal to the love you take.”
Works with caches too.
